Entry-Level Sales Representative – Warm Leads Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from individuals who have reached out to the company directly.

• Address warm outbound leads from clients who have requested additional information.

• Conduct calls and Zoom meetings with potential clients.

• Assess families’ circumstances and financial plans.

• Describe pertinent life insurance coverage options available from over 60 carrier partners.

• Provide honest answers to client inquiries and assist them in making informed coverage choices.

• Perform follow-up calls as necessary.

• Monitor daily activities and strive to meet production targets.

• Complete initial onboarding and utilize the company’s daily operational systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable and confident communicating over the phone.

• Open to coaching and eager to adhere to a proven script and training methodology.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.

• Capable of passing a standard background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a sincere willingness to obtain one promptly through a guided process.

• No prior insurance experience is necessary.
