Entry Level Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have inquired about life insurance options in selecting the appropriate policy.

• Operate exclusively via phone and Zoom communications.

• Manage incoming and warm outbound inquiries; there will be no cold calling.

• Navigate through a queue of potential leads.

• Discuss the financial situations and needs of families.

• Aid clients in making selections from a network of over 60 carriers.

• Record daily activities.

• Monitor progress towards production objectives.

• Engage in training focused on product knowledge, client interactions, and handling objections.

• Grow in individual production, leadership, and team development.

• Must be located in the U.S.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a readiness to obtain one.

• Openness to coaching and a readiness to take direction and adapt.

• Comfort with daily phone conversations with clients.
