Entry Level Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals seeking information about life insurance coverage in selecting the appropriate policy.

• Conduct work exclusively via phone and Zoom.

• Engage with inbound and warm outbound leads; cold calling is not required.

• Assess client budgets and requirements.

• Aid clients in choosing from options available through a network of over 60 carriers.

• Document daily activities.

• Monitor progress against production targets.

• Take part in mentor support and continuous coaching.

• Develop personal production and potentially advance towards leadership and team-building roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the U.S.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license or a willingness to obtain one.

• Comfortable with daily phone interactions with clients.

• Open to coaching and able to adapt to feedback.

• No previous experience in insurance is necessary.
