Entry Level Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have requested information regarding life insurance coverage in selecting the appropriate policy.

• Conduct all interactions via phone and Zoom.

• Engage with inbound inquiries and warm outbound leads.

• Evaluate families’ budgets and needs.

• Aid clients in choosing from a network of over 60 carrier options.

• Record daily activities.

• Monitor progress against production targets.

• Take part in mentorship and continuous coaching.

• Seek opportunities for leadership and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a commitment to obtain one.

• Openness to coaching and a willingness to follow guidance and adapt.

• Comfort with daily telephone communication.

• No previous insurance experience is necessary.
