This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist individuals who have requested information regarding life insurance coverage in finding appropriate policies.

• Operate entirely via phone and Zoom.

• Manage inbound inquiries and warm outbound leads; cold calling is not required.

• Navigate through a queue of leads.

• Discuss family budgets and assess insurance requirements.

• Aid clients in selecting from options available across a network of over 60 carriers.

• Record daily activities.

• Monitor progress in relation to production targets.

• Engage in training, mentoring, and continuous coaching.

• Aim for leadership and team-building development opportunities.

• Must be located in the U.S.

• Capable of passing a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.

• Comfortable with daily phone conversations.

• Open to coaching and able to adapt based on guidance.

• No previous insurance experience is necessary.
