Entry Level Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement

• Collect insights from stakeholders to help clarify business requirements

• Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and materials related to projects

• Create recurring reports and visual dashboards utilizing Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

• Engage in testing processes and document defects, observations, and results

• Organize project documentation to ensure accessibility and ease of maintenance

• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate operational enhancements and project outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 0–1 years of experience in an analytical, business, operations, or project-based role

• Strong analytical skills coupled with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable with presenting information and elucidating findings

• Basic understanding of spreadsheets, reporting, or data visualization tools

• Capacity to learn rapidly and manage priorities in a remote working environment

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States

• Valid U.S. work authorization required
