This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Search for and confirm travel bookings on behalf of customers.
⢠Advise clients in accordance with their travel policies.
⢠Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.
⢠Provide insights on industry matters such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.
⢠Evaluate operational processes and business relationships while recommending enhancements.
⢠Keep abreast of and share knowledge about the supported travel sectors.
⢠Respond to inquiries from both existing and potential clients.
⢠Assist clients in making informed travel decisions to maximize their experiences.
⢠Significant experience as a Travel Agent (experience in the entertainment sector is advantageous).
⢠Proficient understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
⢠Advanced proficiency in the GDS Sabre system.
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
⢠Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
⢠Position is full-time and based in the United States.
