Entertainment Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Research and verify travel bookings for customers.

• Comprehend client travel policies and offer guidance.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Provide industry insights including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational processes and commercial relationships, recommending enhancements.

• Maintain, share, and broaden knowledge of supported travel sectors.

• Communicate and address inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.

• Assist clients in making informed travel decisions and achieving their goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent; experience in the entertainment sector is advantageous.

• Proficient understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements.
