This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Assist Strategic Account Executives in promoting the adoption of Abbott Diabetes Care products, such as continuous glucose monitoring, within health systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to create, implement, and promote health system solutions.
• Work together with Strategic Account Executives on account strategies and execution plans.
• Establish and sustain relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the phases of workflow advisory, implementation, and adoption.
• Perform workflow analyses and provide consultation on necessary workflow modifications for new functionalities and solutions.
• Aid in the implementation of solutions across customer facilities alongside internal technical experts.
• Facilitate change management, solution testing, and thorough customer training initiatives.
• Offer staff support and training related to patient onboarding workflows.
• Identify and document desired outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on customer requirements.
• Engage in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations to share expertise and lessons learned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, agency roles, or medical/clinical roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biotech sectors.
• Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.
• A solution-oriented mindset.
• Skills in process management, including end-to-end mapping and systems analysis.
• Professional demeanor when engaging with customers.
• Capability to prepare and deliver effective oral and written communications.
• Proficient in developing and executing change management actions and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and time effectively.
• Previous clinical training and experience in adult education delivery.
• Willingness and capacity to travel, including overnight travel of 50%–75%.
• Preferred: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with experience in hospital and/or outpatient settings.
• Preferred: Experience in developing or consulting on clinical protocols and/or workflows.
• Preferred: Knowledge of diabetes disease areas and experience with related products such as glucose monitors and pumps.
