This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Assist Strategic Account Executives in promoting the use of Abbott Diabetes Care products, such as continuous glucose monitoring, within health systems.
• Collaborate with both clinical and administrative stakeholders to design, implement, and facilitate the adoption of health system solutions.
• Work alongside SAEs to develop account strategies and execution plans for key health systems.
• Build and sustain relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the processes of workflow advisory, implementation, and adoption.
• Perform workflow analyses and provide consultation on necessary workflow modifications for new functionalities and solutions.
• Aid in the implementation of solutions across customer facilities in conjunction with internal technical specialists.
• Support change management initiatives in clinical or operational settings.
• Oversee solution testing and create thorough training plans for customers.
• Offer staff support and workflow training for patient onboarding processes.
• Identify and document desired outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on customer requirements.
• Engage in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations and disseminate knowledge and experiences gained.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or agency/medical/clinical roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biotech sectors.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, relationship-building skills, cross-functional collaboration, and project management expertise.
• A solution-focused approach.
• Skills in process management, including end-to-end mapping and systems analysis.
• Professional demeanor when engaging with customers.
• Proficient in preparing and delivering effective oral and written communications.
• Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.
• Willingness and capability to travel, including overnight stays, 50%–75% of the time.
• Preferred: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with experience in hospital and/or outpatient settings.
• Preferred: Experience in developing or advising on clinical protocols and/or workflows.
• Preferred: Knowledge of diabetes disease area and experience with related products such as glucose monitors and pumps.
