Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor and product specialist for Lumos prospects and clients, taking on technical responsibilities throughout the sales process.

• Design and present product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs).

• Create comprehensive solutions for intricate enterprise clients, aligning technical specifications with customer business objectives.

• Organize POCs with clear success metrics and oversee the process until implementation readiness is achieved.

• Collaborate across departments to enhance technical and procedural investments that scale go-to-market teams, boost revenue, expedite implementation, and support Lumos's customer base.

• Lead Solutions Engineering projects, including enhancing the demo environment, facilitating more self-service onboarding, and empowering the partner channel.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Lumos's market and the use cases we support.

• Provide internal reports on market trends, competitive landscape, customer success stories, and field challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales capacity within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Proven experience navigating and leading complex enterprise deal cycles.

• Background in the identity or cybersecurity sector is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in managing the pre-sales process for enterprise clients.

• Proficient in RESTful APIs and related tools, such as Postman.

• Understanding of database models.

• Ability to read Python code is an advantage.

• An empathetic, customer-focused approach.

• A strong desire to thrive in a high-growth startup setting where resources and processes are actively developed and refined.

• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co-work, Codex, and Cursor in daily work processes.
