Enterprise Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive solutions spanning policy, underwriting, billing, claims, distribution, and digital platforms.

• Establish solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and integration strategies.

• Spearhead initiatives related to API, cloud, data, event-driven, and AI/GenAI architecture.

• Facilitate legacy modernization and oversee solutions from the design phase to production.

• Work collaboratively with business and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

• Convert business requirements into actionable solutions and drive quantifiable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of technology experience with a focus on solution/enterprise architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of the insurance domain and a solid understanding of core insurance processes.

• Proficiency in application architecture, APIs/integration, cloud, data, or AI/GenAI.

• Practical experience in solution design, prototyping, troubleshooting, and implementation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Preferred: Experience with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

• Preferred: Knowledge of API management, event streaming, and integration technologies.

• Preferred: Experience with GenAI/LLMs, DevSecOps, and legacy modernization.

• Experience in integrating insurance platforms with carriers, partners, and SaaS applications.
