
Enterprise Sales Leader – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform the DACH region into n8n's most reliable Enterprise sales area.
• Cultivate a team of high-achieving Enterprise Account Executives (AEs).
• Implement forecasting and pipeline discipline alongside a repeatable operating model.
• Mentor and develop Enterprise AEs through one-on-one sessions, field coaching, and deal evaluations.
• Establish a rhythm for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop playbooks, utilize MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for deal reviews, and create effective coaching schedules.
• Recruit, onboard, and expand the team; define career trajectories and succession planning.
• Manage and prioritize the DACH Enterprise territory.
• Balance efforts between acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
• Formulate strategies for intricate enterprise cycles from initial discovery to closing.
• Enhance adoption of sales methodologies, qualification processes, mutual action plans, and the examination of technical and business successes.
• Foster a multi-threaded, value-driven enterprise selling culture.
• Coordinate executive engagement across DACH accounts.
• Conduct deal evaluations and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to refine messaging, fortify the enterprise playbook, and eliminate sales-process obstacles.
• Over 5 years of experience in frontline sales management, guiding individual contributors through complex, multi-threaded enterprise transactions.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC with a proven record of coaching teams to embrace it with genuine evaluation.
• Proven history of maintaining a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proficient in qualification processes, mutual action plans, champion development, and executive alignment in extended-cycle deals.
• Capability to engage senior stakeholders, conduct efficient meetings, and uphold high standards for clarity, urgency, and outcomes.
• Experience in enhancing AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback.
• Ability to align technical and economic buyers, resolve conflicts, and sustain deal momentum.
• Residing in Germany and willing to be on-site with clients.
• Experience selling to technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-intensive sales processes.
• Familiarity with open-source / Product-Led Growth (PLG) is a plus.
• Background in developer/infrastructure SaaS is advantageous.
• A resourceful startup mindset is a valuable asset.
• Strong operational proficiency is an added benefit.
• The company language is English.
