This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the daily outcomes for a complex and high-profile project, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout phases.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance during project execution.
• Identify, evaluate, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies related to contracts.
• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project outcomes.
• Propel execution across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and various workstreams.
• Create and sustain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on project health, KPIs, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Implement project change control and document, communicate, and integrate approved changes.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions.
• Apply PMO standards, methodologies, tools, governance requirements, stage gates, and documentation norms.
• Maintain project documentation, records, decision logs, RAID logs, and project repositories.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing project delivery, tools, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience collaborating with Construction, Installation, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Advanced skills in developing and managing integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Capability to develop KPIs, assess project health, identify trends, and deliver clear status reports.
• Proficient in project management, collaboration, reporting, and documentation tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active industrial and construction sites.
• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, moving equipment, uneven surfaces, elevated work areas, and other industrial hazards.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift or move up to 45 pounds.
