📋 Description

• Assist with enterprise data management, data quality, and data governance efforts.

• Conduct analysis and profiling of enterprise datasets.

• Assess various dimensions of data quality.

• Detect data-related issues and opportunities for enhancement.

• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders, data governance teams, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.

• Uphold data management policies.

• Create reports and provide recommendations.

• Engage in strategic data governance and master data projects.

• Take part in the planning and execution of unit projects and initiatives.

• Carry out research and reporting, including offering recommendations or alternative proposals.

• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs.

• Execute miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations, data security guidelines, the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, as well as applicable laws, regulations, policies, and training requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Enrollment in a graduate degree program, either full or part-time, at an accredited college or university.

• A graduate degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
