Enterprise Kubernetes, Cloud Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert technical assistance and direction for PwC solutions utilizing Kubernetes in live production settings.

• Enhance and support current CaaS and ClaaS platforms.

• Facilitate the integration of new container-related technologies.

• Streamline repetitive tasks through automation.

• Support or expand existing APIs using Python.

• Manage advanced enterprise solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies and adhering to security best practices.

• Collaborate with internal PwC clients to collect both business and technical specifications.

• Mentor team members to boost productivity and enhance delivery quality.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain them.

• Adhere to Agile methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes (over 2 years).

• Familiarity with at least one leading cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong comprehension of container technologies (Docker, containerd, etc.).

• Comprehensive knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking principles.

• Proficient in Python programming, including script and automation tool development, API and microservices creation, and experience with Python testing frameworks (preferred).

• Mastery in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques, including Terraform, Pulumi, and ARM.

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation (GitHub Actions, ADO).

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).

• Understanding of GitOps practices and tools (Argo CD, Flux).

• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in containerized environments.

• Experience with container scanning, policy enforcement, and secrets management.

• Background in supporting enterprise clients and overseeing business-critical production workloads.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Familiarity with AI-driven code-generation tools.

• Experience in highly regulated sectors: SOC 2, NIS2, PCI, etc. (preferred).

• Expertise in Terraform and Terraform Enterprise, including module creation and the hosting and maintenance of such modules (preferred).
