• Develop and prioritize strategic target account lists to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver personalized outreach materials — including cold call scripts, LinkedIn messages, and email sequences — utilizing tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Implement outbound and inbound campaigns, ensuring follow-ups with marketing-qualified leads to maintain an active and expanding pipeline.
• Assess and nurture opportunities through discovery discussions, arranging high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.
• Engage in discovery calls and demonstrations with senior decision-makers at target accounts, gaining insights into complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Monitor pipeline activities and keep accurate, detailed records in Salesforce, capturing account information, deal size, and status to aid in forecasting.
• Work collaboratively with the broader sales team to enhance our playbooks, processes, and tools.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing quota in prior sales roles, showcasing consistency, persistence, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong desire to learn and continuously enhance your understanding of Mimica’s value proposition, market, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Dedication to a career in technical software sales — focusing on pipeline development, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Motivation to achieve personal and professional goals despite facing rejections or challenges.
• Discipline and the capability to apply a structured process to consistently meet your quota.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable initiating conversations, articulate, and willing to express a viewpoint, while also able to ask questions and actively listen.
