This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of DBDs responsible for selling digital marketing services and software to builders.
β’ Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing builder adoption of our Listings Platform and digital solution offerings.
β’ Manage revenue forecasting, team performance, and KPI tracking using Salesforce, Gong, and other relevant platforms.
β’ Work in partnership with the regional VP, Sales, Product, Marketing, SDR Director, and Client Success to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies and seamless execution.
β’ Establish strong relationships with executive-level contacts at major builder clients, comprehending their objectives and delivering customized marketing solutions.
β’ Keep abreast of market trends in digital marketing, proptech, and new home sales to inform future product and sales strategies.
β’ Represent Zonda at significant industry events and builder conferences to enhance visibility and generate leads.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, proptech, or media sectors.
β’ Proven track record of leading a high-performing outbound sales team that sells services or solutions to enterprise clients.
β’ Deep understanding of the home building industry or related sectors (real estate, construction technology, adtech).
β’ Familiarity with digital advertising or marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
