This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute growth strategies tailored for the data center market, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape within the data center sector.
• Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the data center field, with an emphasis on cultivating enduring partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including data center proprietors, architecture and engineering firms, consultants, and other collaborators.
• Partner with internal teams to create sales tools, presentations, and proposals that effectively convey our value proposition to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams to guarantee successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales performance, market dynamics, and client insights to guide strategic choices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in new business development, sales, or a comparable role within the data center or technology industry.
• Familiarity with hydronic balancing valves and HVAC flow control systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the data center market, encompassing trends, technologies, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Self-driven, results-focused, and able to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
