This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for creating sales opportunities within a designated territory by collaborating with external insurance agents and brokers.
• Oversee the relationship between Pearl Insurance and the agency or broker.
• Generate new business from current agent/broker partners while actively seeking new partnership opportunities.
• Assist in the application and underwriting processes in conjunction with agents/brokers and internal underwriters.
• Represent Pearl Insurance at various conventions and trade shows as necessary.
• Remain informed about product offerings, market trends, and industry developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in outside business-to-business sales within the insurance sector is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• A Property and Casualty insurance license is required (or the capability to acquire one).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Total compensation package includes a base salary along with estimated commissions and bonus incentives amounting to up to $120,000.
