This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee essential enterprise programs that encompass multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator within the Business Transformation Office.
• Develop governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for execution.
• Establish and drive strategic direction for large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Manage the various phases of initiatives utilizing project and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and other operational teams.
• Utilize data, dashboards, and reporting tools like Power BI for tracking progress, ensuring transparency, and facilitating decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as occasional external clients.
• Lead efforts in change management and cultural adaptation.
• Create and deliver updates, status reports, financial summaries, risks, and issues to executive-level steering committees.
• Supervise project budgets, track financial performance, analyze discrepancies, and initiate corrective measures.
• Coordinate testing, customer user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation alongside analytics and technology teams.
• Act as a liaison among workstreams to guarantee comprehensive delivery and alignment.
• 7–10 years of experience managing enterprise or large-scale initiatives across diverse teams.
• Proven experience in a consulting role or strategic advisory position; solely having program management experience is not adequate.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems, including an understanding of CRM-based data models.
• Experience in close collaboration with data analysts and the ability to interpret analytical models and insights.
• Significant experience in utilizing data and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to influence, negotiate, and engage senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership presence complemented by a results-driven, decisive approach.
• Experience in crafting executive-level presentations and materials using PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Order to Cash, Commercial Analysis, Sales, Product, and Technology domains.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarizen.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent relevant experience is acceptable.
• SharePoint experience is preferred.
