Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and align enterprise architecture with the organization's business strategy and goals.

• Establish architecture models and guidelines to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

• Evaluate current processes, capabilities, and structures to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and transformation.

• Lead IT Governance and Data Governance initiatives.

• Implement enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.

• Assist in business and technology transformation efforts by linking business requirements with technological capabilities.

• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to comprehend their needs, formulate proposals, and enable strategic decision-making.

• Aid in defining strategies, governance models, capability development, and decision-making methodologies for organizations prepared for the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or similar roles.

• Background in the banking or financial industry, with involvement in architecture, business transformation, or technology transformation projects.

• Familiarity with IT Governance and Data Governance frameworks.

• Experience in analyzing and enhancing processes, capabilities, and operational models.

• TOGAF — Expert level.

• Enterprise Architecture — Expert level.

• IT Governance — Expert level.

• Business Transformation — Expert level.

• Knowledge of DAMA and data management frameworks.

• Proficient in enterprise architecture modeling tools.

• Strong strategic thinking and systems-oriented perspective.

• Capability to connect strategy, processes, people, data, and technology.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various departments and organizational levels.

• Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment in decision-making, and focus on results.

• English proficiency — B2; additional qualifications require English — C1.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Software Architecture — Expert level.
