📋 Description

• Create and harmonize enterprise architecture to align with business strategies and goals.

• Establish architecture frameworks and standards to build scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

• Evaluate existing processes, capabilities, and structures to uncover opportunities for enhancement and transformation.

• Lead initiatives related to IT Governance and Data Governance.

• Implement enterprise architecture frameworks and industry best practices.

• Assist in business and technology transformation initiatives by linking business requirements with technological capabilities.

• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to comprehend their needs, formulate proposals, and aid in strategic decision-making.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the organization, pinpoint transformation possibilities, and design efficient, scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or similar positions.

• Background in the banking or financial services industry, engaging in architecture, business transformation, or technology transformation projects.

• Familiarity with IT Governance and Data Governance frameworks.

• Proven experience in analyzing and enhancing processes, capabilities, and operational models.

• TOGAF certification — Expert level.

• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture.

• Proficient in IT Governance.

• Understanding of DAMA and data management frameworks.

• Skilled in using enterprise architecture modeling tools.

• Strong strategic thinking and systems-oriented perspective.

• Ability to connect strategy, processes, people, data, and technology.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to work collaboratively across various departments and organizational levels.

• Robust analytical abilities, sound judgment in decision-making, and a results-oriented mindset.

• English proficiency — B2.

• Expertise in Software Architecture.

• English proficiency — C1.

• Native Spanish speaker.
