Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist customer solution lifecycle and success teams in defining Cloud/Linode solutions.

• Navigate customers through the strategic and technical facets of cloud transformations, emphasizing implementation.

• Achieve application outcomes utilizing Akamai Cloud Compute products and services.

• Work in conjunction with account teams to foster cloud opportunities, promote Linode service adoption, and enhance client engagement.

• Examine and break down application components using contemporary cloud technologies to formulate scalable, efficient solutions.

• Design and execute Akamai Compute Solutions, service-oriented architectures, APIs, and web services.

• Offer technical thought leadership in the realms of cloud computing and Linode services.

• Collaborate with cloud compute, security, and delivery technology teams to create enterprise workload solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience with cloud-based applications in architecture, implementation, and strategy within large-scale systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven expertise in technical roles at cloud software organizations or public cloud environments with a focus on customer responsibilities.

• Proficiency in architecting complex IaaS solutions.

• Relevant certification from AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with IaaS, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Redis, ELK stack, and open-source tools.

• Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, third-party developers, and internal teams in enterprise settings.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to align IT investments and services with organizational and business strategies.
