Enterprise AI Feature Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation, integration, and operations of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov Enterprise offerings.

• Support the secure, scalable, and compliant deployment in accordance with federal standards and organizational goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and AFS Leadership to deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

• Oversee the licensing process.

• Manage application configurations.

• Supervise features aligned with FedRAMP-approved services.

• Help identify and resolve technical challenges and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work with the team to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives for operational readiness.

• Stay updated on AI technologies and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in the deployment and integration of enterprise AI platforms.

• Familiarity with at least one enterprise AI tool: Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov.

• Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-171.

• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design.

• Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks.

• Understanding of data management practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Willingness to learn and continuously enhance knowledge.

• Familiarity with version control systems is a plus.

• Interest in multi-agent systems is a plus.
