This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Drive growth in new member enrollment for the CWS Council by promoting the advantages of SIA’s research, insights, and network within your designated territory.
• Conduct research and identify enterprise organizations utilizing contingent workforce programs, pinpointing key decision-makers and engaging them through educational and consultative outreach.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and discovery to closing, while maintaining precise forecasting and CRM documentation.
• Utilize various prospecting channels, including phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and SIA CWS leading industry events, to establish a robust and consistent sales pipeline.
• Organize and lead sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of CWS Council membership and SIA’s extensive portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with internal experts and leadership to enhance sales discussions and optimize closing rates.
• Represent SIA at major industry conferences, scheduling meetings ahead of time and actively networking on-site to create new opportunities.
• Stay updated on significant industry developments, including changes in enterprise buyer roles, and refresh SIA’s CRM to ensure current intelligence.
• Engage in regular team meetings, insight calls, and member events.
• Attain CCWP and SOW Management Certification.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant enterprise sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in selling directly to Contingent Workforce Enterprise Buyers.
• Comprehensive understanding of the contingent workforce solutions ecosystem, including MSP, VMS, staffing, technology providers, and program management.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas or achieving President’s Club-level performance.
• A strong hunter mentality – driven by generating new business rather than managing existing accounts.
• Experience with subscription-based sales models and structured quota management.
• Background in utilizing conferences and events for sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and follow-through.
