This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively seek out and develop new business prospects utilizing an established network and industry expertise.
• Spearhead outbound sales initiatives through emails, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact and discovery to the closing of deals.
• Work in tandem with Pre-Sales Engineering and Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Demonstrate and present Form.com software to key decision-makers in enterprises.
• Position Form.com as the ideal solution for the specific business requirements of customers.
• Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to offer market insights, customer input, and strategic advice.
• Regularly surpass sales targets and develop a consistent, repeatable sales framework.
• Forge enduring customer relationships and contribute to the company's growth.
• Experienced, self-motivated sales professional with a proven history of hunting and closing new business in enterprise software or B2B sales.
• Skilled in navigating complex sales processes and high-value enterprise agreements.
• Excellent communication abilities, including listening, identifying customer pain points, and creating customized solutions.
• Capable of independently managing time and priorities, including working outside standard hours when necessary.
• Proficient in managing a substantial portfolio of prospects and a deal pipeline.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
• Knowledge of consultative selling, insight selling, or solution-oriented selling methodologies.
• Willingness to continuously refine sales strategies and methodologies.
• Enthusiasm for fostering a team-oriented, high-performance culture.
• Over 5 years of experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, data, analytics, retail technology, or retail execution solutions to CPG manufacturers, retailers, distributors, or merchandising agencies.
• Established relationships with decision-makers across relevant roles within large CPG organizations.
• Prior experience with retail execution, image recognition, field force automation, retail analytics, syndicated data, merchandising, or consumer goods technology providers.
• Experience maneuvering through intricate enterprise sales cycles involving CPG manufacturers, brokers, merchandising agencies, and retail partners.
• Documented success in selling to Fortune 500 CPG companies.
• Experience selling solutions related to Computer Vision, AI, Retail Analytics, Store Audits, Retail Media, Field Execution, or Category Management is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the retail ecosystem.
• Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships and ensure customer success.
• Experience selling recurring revenue solutions in a fast-growing company.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required (25%+).
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
