This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement prospecting strategies, account plans, and sales plans to meet revenue targets and individual quotas.
• Drive the acquisition of new business through outbound prospecting, new-logo sales, as well as targeted cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within InvestCloud's solution suite.
• Create and maintain a reliable pipeline via self-generated lead generation, nurturing prospects, prioritizing leads, disciplined reporting, and managing forecasts.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and pursuits, selecting the most effective strategic and consultative sales approaches.
• Inform prospects about InvestCloud's enterprise capabilities in Digital Wealth, APL, and Altic.
• Utilize knowledge of the financial services sector to generate demand, influence purchasing decisions, and demonstrate business value.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Account Management, and internal pursuit teams to design, position, and finalize deals.
• Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with potential clients while sustaining strategic relationships with current clients.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Formulate successful closing strategies along with effective negotiation techniques.
• Generate precise forecasts, swiftly qualify prospects, and maintain a disciplined funnel of qualified opportunities.
• Share industry insights, deal experiences, and sales best practices throughout the sales organization.
• Market and sell InvestCloud's Digital Wealth, APL, and Altic solutions to financial institutions.
• Broaden InvestCloud's influence among wealth managers, private banks, regional banks, asset managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, and other financial entities.
• 8–15 years of experience in solution selling within financial technology, wealth technology, or similar SaaS environments.
• Proven experience selling complex solutions to financial institutions, including wealth managers, private banks, regional banks, asset managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, and other large financial service organizations.
• A record of success in selling six- and seven-figure enterprise and strategic deals.
• Consistent history of meeting or surpassing annual sales quotas.
• Strong skills in pipeline generation, including self-sourced opportunities and new client prospects.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and wealth technology ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture executive and C-level relationships.
• Experience selling against competitors in wealth management and navigating internal alternatives.
• Robust value-based selling skills, covering both point-solution and platform-selling expertise.
• Capability to maneuver through long sales cycles, complex buying groups, and intricate institutional decision-making processes.
• Strengths include financial business acumen, executive relationship management, competitive selling, persuasion, sales planning, presentation skills, targeting, sales execution, closing, negotiation, consultative selling, relationship development, appointment setting, and value creation.
• Attributes such as competitiveness, accountability, adaptability, teamwork, motivation, a strong results orientation, and a drive to achieve success.
• Preferred: experience in selling wealth management, asset management, digital wealth, advisor technology, client experience, onboarding, reporting, managed accounts, portfolio management, portfolio accounting, trading, billing, or related enterprise technology solutions.
• Preferred: experience in selling to wealth managers, private banks, asset managers, regional banks, RIAs, broker-dealers, and tier 1 financial institutions.
• Strong CRM discipline and experience managing a pipeline in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to foster strong working relationships at all organizational levels.
