This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
β’ Identify, engage, and secure commitments from senior-level executives (such as Heads of ESG, Heads of Asset Management, Heads of Property Management, and C-Suite executives) at multi-family and single-family owner/operator clients.
β’ Illustrate how Esusu can enhance ROI for their business and positively affect both Property Managers and residents.
β’ Travel to over 4 multifamily real estate events each year to connect with prospective clients.
β’ Consistently manage and update the sales pipeline on a daily basis (using Salesforce) to ensure leadership has insight into impending deals.
β’ Collaborate across departments including Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to guarantee that Esusu's go-to-market strategy is positioned for sustained success.
β’ Pilot new products and programs with select prospective clients to add further value to their real estate portfolios.
β’ A solid understanding of multifamily real estate and established industry relationships, or a robust network within commercial real estate is advantageous.
β’ Proven experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, with a history of successfully closing new business deals.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level buyers, including senior operators and C-suite executives.
β’ Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities, along with the skill to effectively communicate ROI and business impact.
β’ Ability to engage effectively with potential Esusu clients, guiding them through a sales cycle lasting approximately 1-3+ months, while communicating with decision-makers at various levels.
β’ Strong organizational skills, with a focus on pipeline management and forecasting discipline, capable of handling 25β50+ active opportunities simultaneously.
β’ Experience in maintaining high-quality CRM practices and revenue visibility in Salesforce or a comparable system.
β’ Comfort in working collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contributing to the shaping of go-to-market processes as the company grows.
β’ Willingness to travel for prospect meetings and attend real estate industry events 1β2 times per quarter.
