This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +18 more locations.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in targeted sectors.
• Establish CharterUP as a reliable provider of enterprise group transportation solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives aimed at enterprise-level clients.
• Navigate procurement pathways and obtain approved vendor status.
• Collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Sales to identify growth strategies and new business prospects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare RFPs and secure long-term contracts with major clients.
• Pursue and attain Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with significant entities with substantial annual expenditures.
• Work in tandem with account management and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions post-sale.
• Increase portfolio revenue through cross-selling and enhancing wallet share.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Master and showcase CharterUP's transportation platform.
• Monitor trends and shifts in target industries to guide product offerings.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, ideally within transportation, construction, engineering, procurement, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing lengthy sales cycles and closing deals worth over $1M in annual revenue.
• History of surpassing sales goals and receiving accolades as a top performer.
• Experience navigating enterprise sales processes, including RFP submissions and multi-year contracts.
• Background in negotiating MSAs with Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with senior managers and executives.
• Strategic thinking skills regarding prospecting, sales strategies, and account management.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of sales targets.
