This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within essential infrastructure and industrial sectors.
• Identify companies where BRINC’s autonomous drone technology can effectively resolve security and operational issues.
• Forge strategic alliances with providers in technology, telecommunications, security, and systems integration.
• Organize product demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilot projects, site evaluations, and security assessments.
• Transform customer challenges into persuasive solutions and business cases.
• Navigate the procurement, legal, security, IT, privacy, regulatory, and other enterprise approval processes.
• Cultivate and close enterprise-level opportunities within the designated territory.
• Provide market insights that influence product development and enterprise strategy.
• Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks for the emerging critical-infrastructure market.
• Oversee a high-value sales pipeline from initial discovery to closure while achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Keep track of public safety trends, DFR security requirements, and competitor activities.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Ideally experienced in selling DFR solutions, complex technology, security, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical solutions.
• Established relationships with senior security leaders in targeted enterprise markets.
• Proven experience selling to large enterprises and/or highly regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with physical security technologies, video surveillance/VMS, drones or robotics, or emergency response technologies.
• Strong consultative and discovery-based sales skills.
• Proficient at navigating complex procurement processes.
• Capable of effectively operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales with a consistent track record of 85%+ quota attainment.
• Willingness to travel domestically over 50% of the time.
• Comfortable managing lengthy, consultative sales cycles while maintaining pipeline discipline.
