Enrollment Specialist – Contractor, Incentive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified patients

• Inform patients about the advantages of CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs

• Carry out eligibility evaluations and enroll patients

• Diligently record patient interactions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

• Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines

• Submit your availability for the next two months by the 15th of each month

• Participate in first-week training from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST

⛳️ Requirements

• Contractors may reside in any U.S. time zone

• Must be available to work consistently for 30–40 hours each week

• Must have a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace

• Reliable high-speed internet access is necessary

• Personal laptop or desktop computer required (tablets or Chromebooks are not acceptable)

• Computer should be no older than 2–3 years with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent)

• Comfortable using various computer applications while interacting with patients

• Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare is preferred

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems while conversing with patients

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory
