Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enroll patients in chronic care management and/or remote patient monitoring programs.

• Collaborate with cardiology, internal medicine, primary care, and family medicine physician groups as well as healthcare systems.

• Reach out to designated patients to facilitate their enrollment in Care Management Programs.

• Clearly communicate the benefits of the program, patient financial responsibilities, consent requirements, device shipment details, and the enrollment process.

• Ensure a smooth, comprehensive, and efficient enrollment experience.

• Act as the first point of contact for calls from prospective enrollees.

• Manage a substantial open caseload until the enrollment process is finalized.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for potential patients and their caregivers.

• Navigate various systems and portals to accurately input patient enrollment data.

• Meet monthly goals for new enrollments.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call setting is required.

• Enrollment or medical sales experience is preferred.

• Background in patient enrollment and call center operations.

• Demonstrated poise and patience when interacting with patients.

• Comfortable with verbal communication with patients over the phone.

• Ability to effectively address and overcome objections.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Metrics-driven approach.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• High proficiency with computers.
