Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual enrollment sessions for individuals utilizing financial management services.

• Guide the enrollment process alongside the individual and their support network, which includes family members and guardians.

• Ensure that all enrollment documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Suggest enhancements to internal procedures and systems.

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in outreach activities with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders.

• Foster enrollment growth and improve access to services.

• Provide education to consumers and help them understand self-direction.

• Advocate for and encourage the principles of self-direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related area.

• Preference for candidates with an Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication.

• Open to considering candidates with relevant experience for the role.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes, including word processing, file and record management, and relevant terminology.

• Capability to ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
