This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enrollment process with individuals served and their support networks, including families and guardians, in an efficient manner.

• Ensure that all enrollment documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Suggest enhancements to internal procedures and systems to mitigate future challenges and improve the service experience.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to foster enrollment expansion and increase service accessibility.

• Inform consumers about self-direction and help them understand the self-direction care model.

• Advocate for and promote the concept of self-direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, file and record management, and relevant terminology.

• Candidates with experience pertinent to the role will be considered.

• Must ensure confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Capability to conduct both in-person and virtual enrollments.
