This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.
• Assist prospective students during their initial inquiry, application, and admission processes.
• Employ a consultative sales technique to assess the needs and educational aspirations of prospective students.
• Suggest University programs when appropriate and provide persuasive enrollment recommendations.
• Facilitate the enrollment process through regular phone communications.
• Connect prospective students with Academic Advisors, One-Stop Specialists, and additional campus staff.
• Address and overcome objections from prospective students when necessary.
• Transition prospective students from inquiry to registration/matriculation at the University.
• Act as the primary contact and guide for prospective students throughout the enrollment journey.
• Articulate the University’s value proposition in an engaging and personalized manner.
• Counsel prospective students on appropriate programs and outline program requirements.
• Create and sustain accurate prospective-student records within the CRM system.
• Provide insights to the Enrollment team regarding student concerns, inquiries, and obstacles.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and enrollment teams.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
• Report to the Enrollment Services Manager for supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Experience in maintaining accurate records using a CRM or other student databases.
• Capability to work independently with a strong initiative to achieve enrollment objectives.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Comfort with performance metrics and enrollment targets.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques.

• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize workloads.
• Competence in clearly articulating or presenting viewpoints.
• Proficiency in personal computing and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, with flexible hours and occasional weekend/evening commitments.
• Must pass a background check and criminal history review.
