Enrollment Advisor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage prospective students proactively through phone, text, and email during the enrollment process.

• Establish rapport and assist students with the initial enrollment steps, collaborating with Enrollment Specialists until the first class begins.

• Accurately record interactions and updates in Salesforce.

• Oversee the entire process from inquiry to enrollment.

• Stay informed about university policies, programs, and admission requirements.

• Offer tailored guidance to support students in making informed educational choices.

• Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding student service.

• Maintain expertise in university, college, and program specifics through ongoing training and assessments.

• Work collaboratively as a team player.

• Handle multiple systems for processing student applications.

• Comply with attendance, punctuality, and scheduling expectations.

• Execute additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with call center software.

• Previous experience in education or consultative sales is preferred.

• Proficiency in navigating CRM, SIS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to manage several priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environment.

• Effective communication skills with a variety of individuals in a diverse community.

• Adherence to regulatory and compliance mandates.

• Capability to meet attendance, punctuality, and scheduling requirements.
