📋 Description

• Format, edit, and proofread English subtitles for audio and grammatical precision for leading Hollywood studios.

• Format, edit, and proofread English subtitles designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers.

• Incorporate footnotes for cultural references and expressions to assist translators.

• Conduct audio quality checks to ensure subtitles align with the audio content.

• Localize language and spelling for both British and U.S. English releases.

• Manipulate English files using proprietary software, including preparing scripts and executing format conversions.

• Keep updated with evolving studio requirements to ensure prompt project completion.

• Edit DHI files in accordance with team quality and quantity standards.

• Locate, identify, and utilize team documentation such as checklists, work instructions, manuals, and client materials.

• Navigate Sfera and the database efficiently.

• Spot and report issues immediately when working on files.

• Review communications from leads and managers.

• Leverage process knowledge to deliver a high-quality product.
