Engineering Manager, QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Development of integration test scenarios for unreleased features and modifications.

• Conducting hands-on investigations and validations of test scenarios.

• Creating scripted Python tests for integration test scenarios.

• Identifying and prioritizing gaps in current integration test scripts and executing planned enhancements.

• Managing the integration test environment and associated test artifacts.

• Improving the existing integration framework to facilitate better automation and reporting.

• Developing scripting tools to effectively execute test cases for RESTful APIs.

• Binance is constructing a global blockchain ecosystem, which encompasses a cryptocurrency exchange and various digital-asset products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in backend QA engineering.

• Comprehensive testing experience, including the design of manual and automated tests, script development, and execution.

• Strong proficiency with UNIX/Linux operating systems.

• Ability to script using Java, Python, Bash, or PHP.

• Experience in testing backend services such as APIs, databases, and distributed services (not monolithic).

• Passion for identifying issues and solving problems—not just determining the 'what', but also understanding the 'why'.
