📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 7–10 engineers (backend, frontend, QA, AQA).

• Take ownership of the complete feature delivery process, from gathering requirements to final release.

• Oversee the team’s development workflow, which includes sprint planning, task estimation, decomposition, and Definition of Ready/Definition of Done.

• Engage in feature design and participate in making technical decisions.

• Maintain the reliability of the team’s services by implementing monitoring, alerting, conducting incident reviews, and performing postmortems.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional development experience (.NET / Java / Python).

• At least 1 year of experience in leading a cross-functional team.

• Familiarity with microservice architecture: REST / gRPC, RabbitMQ / Kafka.

• Knowledge of observability tools: logging, metrics, tracing (ELK, Grafana, DataDog or similar).

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

• Understanding of frontend architecture (React) and mobile development (React Native) is a plus.

• Awareness of QA processes and test automation is an advantage.
