Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture the growth of engineering teams

• Drive the technical vision and modernization efforts

• Develop scalable solutions utilizing .NET, React, APIs, and cloud technologies

• Enhance delivery processes, CI/CD, reliability, and engineering methodologies

• Promote the ethical application of AI within the engineering domain

• Oversee a globally distributed team in building and enhancing ServiceChannel’s SaaS platform

• Tackle intricate technical challenges and shape architectural decisions

• Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering

• Proficient in C#/.NET and React/TypeScript

• Experience with SaaS and scalable architecture

• Background in technical leadership, mentoring, or engineering management
