Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams

• Drive the technical vision and modernization efforts

• Create scalable solutions utilizing .NET, React, APIs, and cloud technologies

• Enhance delivery, CI/CD processes, reliability, and engineering best practices

• Promote the responsible utilization of AI within engineering

• Allocate approximately 50% of time to engineering tasks and 50% to team management

• Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering

• Proficient in C#/.NET and React/TypeScript

• Experience with SaaS and scalable architecture

• Background in technical leadership, mentoring, or engineering management

• Passion for leading both technological initiatives and team members
