Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the engineering team.

• Report directly to the Director of Engineering.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule each sprint.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of engineers through effective coaching, feedback, and career development support.

• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery execution alongside the Product Manager.

• Uphold standards for code quality, documentation, testing practices, and managing technical debt.

• Convert product and technical requirements into actionable plans for the team.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early, proactively highlight them, and suggest solutions to the Director of Engineering.

• Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on team priorities, architectural choices, and tooling decisions.

• Assist in hiring and onboarding processes as the team expands.

• Maintain the momentum of delivery while balancing speed, quality, and stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering leadership or management position.

• Strong technical foundation.

• Comfortable leading technical discussions and evaluating decisions without the need to code daily.

• Practical experience with Bubble.io or significant familiarity with no-code and low-code platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage deliveries in an agile setting with well-defined processes for sprint planning and execution.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• A consultative mindset, able to identify issues early and propose constructive solutions.

• Highly organized, composed under pressure, and driven by a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience with AWS Lambda or similar cloud infrastructures is a plus.

• Familiarity with Cloudflare products, including Workers and bindings, is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, or partner technology ecosystems is beneficial.

• A background in B2B SaaS platforms, especially in PRM or related fields, is a plus.
