Engineering Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create designs for fire systems, encompassing fire sprinkler layouts, pipe routing, hanger positioning, and hydraulic calculations.

• Generate supporting documentation, files, and services relevant to fire system designs.

• Aid in the selection of suitable equipment and methodologies for system design.

• Evaluate building plans, project specifications, and building types to determine design requirements.

• Verify necessary design criteria and potential hazards.

• Conduct hydraulic analyses and perform technical calculations.

• Enhance fabrication data by implementing best practices and requirements.

• Lead and facilitate the adoption of software platforms and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in engineering design along with relevant certification.

• A minimum of 5 years of preferred experience in fire sprinkler design.

• NICET Certification is preferred.
