Engineering Data Analyst – Energy Industry, Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Gather, verify, and organize technical plant data from both internal and external sources.

• Perform market intelligence tasks to identify and address data deficiencies.

• Develop, sustain, and improve the SIRI database, including its interfaces and system dependencies.

• Design analytical tools, dashboards, automated reports, and KPI reporting solutions for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with various functions and locations.

• Provide support to end users.

• Ensure the integrity of data quality.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, reporting, or IT systems is preferred.

• Strong understanding of databases, data modelling, reporting frameworks, and data management principles.

• Experience in managing large datasets and converting data into dependable analytics and reporting solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, particularly Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

• Familiarity with power plants and the energy sector is essential.

• Knowledge of ERP/PDM systems and excellent stakeholder communication skills are beneficial.
