Engineer – Member of Technical Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct, enhance, and assess scaffolding for agents that operate over extended periods.

• Organize multi-agent configurations that involve tens, hundreds, or even thousands of agents interacting.

• Create tools to observe agents engaging with the real world on a large scale.

• Develop tools to analyze significant volumes of data and extract valuable insights.

• Potentially contribute to the AI Village blog or future AI Digest explainers.

• Possibly design and create user experiences for the AI Village and various AI Digest demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in gathering agent capabilities or establishing multi-agent frameworks.

• Proactive approach, demonstrating a preference for action and a readiness to explore unfamiliar areas.

• Capability to work independently with minimal code review or supervision.

• Extensive background in coding agents, including a thorough understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.

• Keeps current with the latest developments and trends in AI.
