Engagement Team Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake, qualification, and distribution of Salesforce opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align client needs with the appropriate internal departments.

• Assign and route personnel to active pre-sales pipeline opportunities based on established criteria.

• Analyze, review, and interpret RFPs, manufacturer specifications, technical journals, and installation scopes.

• Extract critical project details and due dates.

• Identify and categorize local contracts, nationwide rollouts, and multi-site deployments.

• Utilize approved AI applications to evaluate extensive documents and determine opportunity suitability.

• Keep updated with the company's practice areas, organizational structure, and technologies.

• Conduct daily data entry, triage tasks, and troubleshoot issues.

• Adhere to deadlines and produce high-quality work under pressure with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Teams.

• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, draw accurate conclusions, and interpret mathematical or diagrammatic instructions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to effectively present technical information.

• Basic knowledge of wired and wireless data/voice networking.

• Fundamental understanding of physical security systems, including cameras, alarm panels, and door access control systems.

• Introductory knowledge of Audio Visual systems.

• Basic familiarity with local and commercial electrical services.

• Preferred: 2-year or 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Management Information Systems.

• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience with a systems integrator.

• Preferred: Experience in technical and proposal writing.

• Preferred: Current US Passport.
