This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Battery Energy Storage Solutions Group and Project Teams in defining and implementing Lean Innovation strategies and Project Standard Work.
• Forge partnerships with project leadership and craft workforce to build trust and secure buy-in for lean methodologies.
• Cultivate relationships across various backgrounds and organizational tiers.
• Set an example and mentor team members in continuous improvement practices.
• Advocate for continuous improvement principles on site and identify as well as implement enhancements.
• Aid group and project leaders in preparing for, conducting, and following up on improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with field leaders to enhance their capabilities in applying the Kaizen method post-improvement events.
• Assess baseline performance and improvements, ensuring visibility throughout projects.
• Work alongside group leaders to acknowledge crews and teams for their contributions to improvements.
• Design and execute the Production Preparation Process for new scopes of work.
• Assist the lead project Superintendent in promoting 5S practices among project teams, field leaders, and trade partners.
• Engage with staff at all levels within a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and extensive technical/field experience in related work.
• At least six years of experience in construction or manufacturing.
• A minimum of three years' experience in applying continuous improvement principles within manufacturing, construction environments, or related sectors.
• Valid driver's license.
• In-depth understanding of continuous improvement principles and their application in various work processes and settings.
• Proven reliability and follow-through on commitments.
• Effective trainer and facilitator.
• Strong capability to coach and mentor lean professionals.
• Ability to influence others through relationship building.
• Proactive self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset.
• A strong sense of curiosity and optimism.
• Capability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Active listening skills and effective communication with openness to diverse perspectives and feedback.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
