This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for Energy & Marine clients, consistently providing a high standard of service tailored to both operational and commercial needs.
• Assist with complex workforce mobility demands, including offshore crew rotations, project mobilization, international travel, visa arrangements, and emergency travel logistics.
• Employ a consultative methodology in travel management, crew logistics, duty of care, compliance, reporting, sustainability efforts, and technology solutions.
• Spot opportunities to extend Reed & Mackay's offerings and propose specialized solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the traveler experience.
• Provide cost-effective travel solutions while maximizing adherence to policy, value, and potential savings.
• Oversee and facilitate bookings for air, rail, hotel, and offshore travel, including Energy & Marine fares, one-way tickets, split ticketing, reissues, and intricate itineraries.
• Track bookings for potential savings, optimize routes and supplier options, and support ongoing improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Foster cooperation across operational, commercial, technology, and account management teams to support client retention and the company's goals.
• Experience in Energy, Marine, Offshore, Business Travel, Workforce Mobility, Logistics, Account Management, or a related field.
• Preferably based in Aberdeen, although remote candidates located in the UK will be considered.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong client relationships in a customer-facing role.
• Deep understanding of offshore operations, crew travel, duty of care, compliance obligations, and workforce mobility.
• A consultative, solutions-oriented approach with the capability to deliver recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, traveler experience, cost management, and program performance.
• Familiarity with Energy & Marine travel, offshore fares, split tickets, one-way fares, passport and visa regulations, and crew logistics.
• Proficient in using GDS systems such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus, as well as being well-versed in the Trainline business rail booking system and a mix of online/offline booking environments.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
