Employment Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage employment litigation cases

• Interact directly with clients and contribute to case strategy development

• Independently oversee case management

• Enhance overall client experience or improve an existing practice

• Engage in a nationally recognized litigation platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in and be licensed to practice in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania

• Strong skills in litigation, writing, and oral advocacy

• Capability to manage cases autonomously

• Ideally, at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
